1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "User") and ph689 ("ph689," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the ph689 website, mobile application, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of ph689, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and any other persons who access or use the ph689 Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use ph689, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ph689 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Persons under 21 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or participating in any game or promotion on ph689.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any bet or using any service on ph689.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph689. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering on ph689, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential.
• Notify ph689 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

ph689 may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph689 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions on ph689 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the ph689 Payment page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• ph689 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your ph689 account instantly or within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing times.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ph689 account.
• ph689 aims to process withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for verified accounts, subject to security checks and payment provider processing times.
• ph689 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are detailed on the ph689 Payment page.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.

ph689 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies. Any transaction suspected of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph689 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members of ph689 only. ph689 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a specified wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus not used or wagering requirements not met within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless ph689 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms.
• ph689 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ph689 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sport. General betting rules include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. ph689 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where ph689 determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred.
• ph689 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, ph689 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on ph689. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.
• ph689 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its sole discretion, including where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ph689 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on ph689.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the ph689 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the ph689 Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the ph689 Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph689 staff or other members.

ph689 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, forfeit all balances associated with such account, and pursue any available legal remedies.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph689 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout — is the exclusive property of ph689 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph689 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from ph689 without prior written consent.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph689 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph689 Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

ph689 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. ph689 shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events.

In any event, ph689's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph689 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph689 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using ph689, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph689 implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph689 cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph689 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this regard seriously. ph689 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their ph689 account.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure reminders to alert them after a specified period of continuous play.

12 Termination

ph689 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if ph689 determines, at its sole discretion, that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or that continued operation of your account poses a risk to ph689 or other members.

You may close your ph689 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph689 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph689 will notify registered members via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ph689 Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using ph689 and may request account closure.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ph689, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through ph689 customer support. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
